GNSS Stations

The “GNSS Stations” service provides access to M3G’s metadata catalogue of GNSS stations sharing data through EPOS. The catalogue is maintained by the Royal Observatory of Belgium and contains information about GNSS station metadata, linked GNSS networks, as well as information on the station’s datasets such Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) and data licenses.

Available Views on ICS Data Portal

• • Map View – visualise and explore GNSS current station information on a map, show GNSS site pictures when available.
  • Table View – visualise and explore GNSS current station information in a table
  • Download View – download standardized GNSS station metadata in various output formats, including EPOS- compliant GeoJSON and GNSS-specific formats such as IGS-style site logs, GeodesyML, and JSON. When available, site photographs are also provided. In addition, a simplified JSON output lists the documented equipment changes at each GNSS station, which is convenient for plotting equipment changes on a position time
